Hi John, Haven't tried the Hess yet. Sounds nice. Thought you'd like to know I was out west for a week over Thanksgiving and enjoyed a visit (my first) to Napa. Took tours of Beringer and Rutherford Hill Wineries (both have caves) and sampled many new wines and some sold only on the property. Nothing like tasting good wine at 11 am on an empty stomach! Have you been? BV
