I spent some time with Dona last week, toured the research facility, was treated very well. Talked with some of the personel, felt the atmosphere was very people oriented. They are now over 500 people ,many new faces, they want to keep the healthy culture, and I got the impression they don't plan to grow the company too much bigger for awhile.
One interesting note, they make sure the various experts are not located in one area, keeping the lines of communication open.
