Sea Otter, I respect your beliefs. Please respect mine. I see the point you are trying to make.

Well, before your ancestors
became Christian they were pagans, right? Are you sad they denied *their* heritage?

I'm glad that your religion respects Jesus, because He came to this planet for the sole purpose to die, shed His own Blood to atone the sin of all mankind, everyone of us indivdually, you, me and everyone else. He took our sin upon Himself, and paid the ultimate price.

Just as a loving father who could see his child running onto the train tracks, unaware of the danger, Jesus pushed the child aside (Us), and threw His own body in front of the train, knowing full well the pain and suffering He would endure. He did it. And the child was saved. And I am humbly grateful every day of my life, that my Heavenly Father Loved me more than I can even comprehend. His Love for me has set me free from all bondage, guilt, regret, kicking myself for not being a perfect person. His Love is my refuge, my comfort, my peace, my tower of strength. Whatever my need is, I have peace knowing that my Lord will supply, if I only ask. The ultimate price of Love has already been paid. there is nothing in this life that can compare with the pure Love of Jesus Christ. My heart rejoices and my cup runneth over.
