NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y., Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Alpha Bytes, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ABYT - news) announced today that the company is changing its corporate name to H-NET.COM, Inc. The company's ticker symbol also will be changed to HNSP. The change is effective Dec. 15, 1999.
