I assume you mean during the day when the market is open, that they don't update. And I assume you mean workspace when you say you saved the "page". Hard to imagine what you could have done to stop them. Most people complain they change too often.

There are two ways to form a hotlist, you can go file/new/hotlists as you seem to have done and get a bland list showing symbols or names and the list measure and rank.

Or you can on a page that has a quotesheet or open a new one, select it, go to menu item quotesheet/symbols/hotlists and have list in your default quotesheet format. I might change some headings but I want to see symbol, last price, net, net % and volume. These tell me more about, say, trade rate than just the measure.

When market opens they should change.
