Sultan,

I have trouble (in my mind) with valuating companies with positions in others. My concern is that only half the value of the position is of importance since Uncle Sam taxes the other half as a capital gain. So for every $2 rise in MGIC, FORTY grabs $1. Of course, there must be ways to shelter but I am no expert. So in the end, I bought FORTY for FORTY and the MGIC stake is a pleasant bonus but not to be counted on.
