Earthling, I looked at your insider http site and found the ADBE 144s but no FRAC or MTLS 144s. I wonder what the FRAC/MTLS 144s say that Edgar has.

Thing about 144 form SEC is that it is an 'intention' to sell currently unregistered stock. Why is the stock unregistered?

You noted that form 144 is submitted to the SEC in written form and therfore is not on Edgar. However, I read at Edgar that insiders can 'voluntarily' submit electronically SEC Form-144 (intent to sell securities) as well as SEC Form-5 (transaction reports filed by corporate insiders). I wonder if MTLS/FRAC insiders avail themselves of the voluntary SEC Edgar electronially submit option when filing Form-144 and Form-5? Earthling. what do you think?
