ECG.TO looks interesting. I don't know what SEC filings a foreign company needs to make when they seek listing on NASD. They do have financial statements on their website, though I don't know if they are audited. I note they are carrying a lot of goodwill in their assets. envoygrp.com Their related websites are interesting, though I'd benefit from a T1 connection.
