CNN is reporting CSCO has "preannounced, sort of". It seems in a SEC filing CSCO mentions possible slow down in growth and a possible accounting restatement similar to Tyco. I assume this is normal CSCO verbage and is appropriate for a SEC filing but after yesterday's market downturn, there may be some panic selling. Interestingly, I haven't seen any news/articles this morning on the net concerning this.
