Good point about Igenicio being able to exercise their clout come the new year. It gives them an opportunity to shake this sleepy stock out of its doldrums.

Good chance that the current management will be taken out come the new year. Institutions and investors are nowadays intolerant to management unable to boost the share price. A different team is required for the stock price to come out of its Rip Van slumber.

I think it will be inevitable for a shakeup soon to get rid of the current management and replace with a team that has credibility with investors. I mean, if NBS Technologies can go from $1 to $6 high just because its portable debit card gizmo is being tested by TD, what more evidence do investors need that the management at IVI needs a shakeup. That's the only way the stock price will reflect the true value of this company.
