Good someone is listening on this thread.
I think the stock price went down because of suppressed earnings in 3Q96 and, especially, 4Q96. That was due to special charges associated with repositioning APII from distributor to manufacturer.
The company says this transition process is completed now so I would expect improved earnings/stock proce in the coming quarters.
