Yep, I caught that too. "In very short order" I think is the way he said it. That may mean "before the close of the next trading day." <g> Still, having things like this publicized is a good thing, IMO.

I don't suppose we could actually expect the SEC to demand that companies or brokers or MMs treat individual investors fairly, but at least some of the unfairness is being put in the limelight. Now, let's watch the enforcement.
