Kirt--Good Morning.....I believe one of the reasons for this issue not up-ticking at the present time is due to tax selling...SMTR is selling at about the yearly low, so you can expect quite a bit if tax selling the next few days....This is a good time to pick up some stock on this company....I believe after the 1st we will see a nice move on this issue..Hope your week is going well..Smallcappro...If you have any questions you can pop me a line at RBerg02054@aol.com and I will do my best to help..
