Well John I cashed out this morning at 30 3/4. I decided to do this because I have significant gains on TYC trades this year and other stock trades this year. The remaining TYC in my portfolio, which I had planned to hold, was at a loss, and could be used to offset my gains.

I still believe in TYC and want back in after my 30 days washsale clear. However, with all these piranha lawsuits, it will take time to recover, and I am betting no amount of good news from TYC will pull this stock up significantly until late Jan at the earliest.
