why would he mislead everyone and lie days before earnings and say we are not for sell...then the day after the report he hires someone to shop a deal...my point is i don't feel good bing in a stock where the ceo lies like this....and now they may want to go at it on their own....sh*t this company is in trouble and needs to be sold...it's just a bit to risky for my blood....go with CS...they are the real deal
