Re #1, Paramedics, etc., I do not know if it is SOP everywhere. My source for this: other doctors told me this when my husband died abruptly out of state.

#2, Agree with this premise, but I'm trying to think of all possibilities. If she knew the killer, what is the probability of her being stalked?

#3, I've always wondered about those present at the pizza party and the friend.
