Hi Walt

I've been very busy lately with work and some personal stuff to take care. I have been following the board but silent. You are ragging on the shorts/day traders/momentum traders that is your choice. We all pay $10 a month to have our voice heard on SI and it is a free country. So I want to give a positive spin to this board.

My investment strategy is find a bushel of companies and hold onto them Long term. My opinion does not change unless there is a fundamental change in the company's business outlook. This was a lesson learned 15 years ago. So short-term investors, who in my opinion are gambling, should go to the dog track.

NETP is a very promising company which in the last 6 months
(1) Increased its client base,
(2) Made several Long range strategic relationships
(3) Has several software products
(4) Taken on a good marketing agency

All of the above is very exciting to me. This company is executing a business plan.

As for stock price, well I am disappointed. Maybe it doesn't deserve the inflated value of other B2B or E-commerce stocks but it should be higher. Reasons can be that the street sees this company as only a valued added product to others or doesn't understand the technology of collaborative filtering. So be it for Dec 1999. Like I said I am a Long-term investor. I can wait for a breakout earning quarter or the street to recognize them.

For the true Longs on this Board, stay the course into 2000.
