Hehe, Jim, don't hold your breath on that one. The NASD/SEC is notorious for legislating "feel good/sounds good" rules to appease the public, but the only time they vigorously enforce anything is when it is in the best interests of the white shoes firms to do so. Believe me, I've experienced their B.S. first-hand and they are quite loathe to enforce anything that may go against a member firm.
