For the last two weeks they have always bounced it off of 76. There is an article at Bloomberg.com about CMB getting 17% of their profits from internet investments. Also banks are looked at in todays WSJ heard on the street.

New York, Dec. 15 (Bloomberg) -- Chase Manhattan Corp. is
betting on Internet stocks to boost earnings, and investors say
the strategy may propel the bank's own shares from the trading
rut where they've been stuck most of the year.

Chief Executive William Harrison said the second-largest
U.S. bank's gains on investments in Internet and other start-up
companies account for as much as 17 percent of Chase's profit.
``We're going to have another good quarter in Chase Capital
Partners,' the bank's venture capital arm, Harrison said last
week at a banking convention. The bank is allocating $2 billion
for venture capital this year and sees the potential for even
bigger private-equity gains, he said......more

So, is this a good thing?
