Hitting new lows ... pretty darned putrid smell

RAIN is one of those heartbreaker stocks. It seems
to have so much potential, but every time you give
them the benefit of the doubt, they disappoint. Even
when they lower expectations in advance, they have
sometimes failed to meet that.

It is hard to believe that RAIN will go the way of
PHII, but it sure seems headed there.
