Diana I believe RIG will be the 800 pound gorilla in deep water that NBR is to land drilling. If you were a exploration company and you needed a rig, who are you going to call first? If you were a fund manager and thought deep water drilling was going to rise in the next few years, what stock would you buy? It should trade as a premium to DO as the cash flow and earnings are higher. The operating efficiencies should go up. A lot of spin offs have done extremely well over the last few years so who knows?

On the flip side 100 million shares is a lot of shares! At $26 I had to take an initial position. How long do you think a sell off would last? (assuming it happens)
