I am bewildered what ever made USR feel it needed to merge with 3COM?
Based on the postings, for whatever that sample is worth, the merger is
not popular. Oh well.

John,

Casey feels USRX has a better long term future if it merged with COMS. He was not alone. The board needed to approve the merger. It's my believe the feeling on this thread and on this board in general is USRX would be at a much higher price without the attachment to COMS. That may be. The problem is quantifying USRX value alone in a market that is literally slaughtering all companies that have any connection with networking. This is true for companies turning in stellar earnings.

I am a short term trader. I bought USRX with the idea of a 25 point profit in a few months at most. That plan did not work out. COMS came into the picture but I am not certain that the present price would be a lot different without COMS. I am here until I turn a decent profit.
