Don, I will be happy to post it here after Cecil sends it back to me. I know that he has worked at a brokerage firm but I certainly don't know his whole story. I know that I have talked to him over the last year and a half and he has always been straight with me as far as investment advice. I think all here who read his market pulse have a feel for his credibility and honest answers to questions. I for one feel he would be a valuable person on the board. I guess I'm old fashioned but I still believe that good people with honest intentions in the long run come out with good results. An example might be the way Bruce Willis gets the hell beat out of himself in the Trilogy series but in the end he came out on top and the bad guys were killed. Chad Beemer
