HillBilly, Oregon 12/15/99 (UPI) Press Release - Intel Corporation today announced contemplation of a 901 MHz Pentium III processor. "We're one up on AMD!" said Andy Graves, former CEO of the behemoth. We are certain that AMD has never comtemplated a 901 MHz processor. In early M3 (third millenium) we will even begin sampling the foils of this new Pentium III to our most trusted OEM's. Somewhat later, we will send them real samples of the product, when they work. When asked how many samples would be shipped in the first half of 2000, Dr. Graves said, "It will be really huge, I mean, far out." His press spokesman explained that Intel no longer gives numerical guidance about production since the embarrassment of the CopperMine rollout.
