What facts? Did they speak to the secretary and she informed them that all was right? Doesn't matter who they spoke to it's all "rhetorik". SHOW ME THE PROOF (edgar form10 filed 1/97), lack of disclosure problems? (shareholder class action suit filed 3/97) where is your proof.
