No thats right. But Saratoga is really costly, as is Palo Alto because those are the only decent school districts.

I posted a link on another thread for a house in PA for $1mm and it looked about like that.

Thats what happens when these towns that have 2 or 3 hot companies in them but only seven houses on the market for sale.
