Hi Jim, thank's for the update!!! Sounds great!!! The plant is operating beyond capacity specification estimates. This might explain that some of the delays are due to minor plant start up setbacks... Well that's what testing is for, finding these minor problems and correcting them before commercial production start up!!! Also screening employee competance, the right man for the job!! While the conveyor motor burnout and the valve wash out is unfortunate, Solvex is in the discovery process of plant operations. Better to have these minor components replaced and corrected now instead of haveing costly valuable commercial down time later!!! All this is to be expected in a new plant with a new process, although I would install a Kick-out breaker backup for all conveyors!!! The overload breaker obviously failed on the conveyor as they often do... It should kick-off way before burn-up, too bad....... Thanks again, Jim BOB GO Solvex
