OT - it will buy privately held Qtera in a deal worth up to $3.25 billion in stock.... Nortel said the deal is expected to be neutral to its earnings per share in calendar year 2000. Some analysts are asking if the acquisition signals that Nortel's internal development efforts are moving too slowly. $3.25 bil for a company that wont add to the bottom line for over a year? Hmmmm.... SS!
