Chief, the problem is an unusual technical glitch at the TSE. We fully expect them to solve it quickly and return to the usual reliability. They did not in the past suffer delays even in the fastest market. We know they are capable of it.

Should this not happen we will have to obtain the vendor feeds directly. As you probably realize this will take time and expense - probably a lot more time than it will take the TSE to solve their problem.

Sending email to the TSE market data department might not be a bad idea. I'm sure there's an address on their website somewhere.

Discussing these problems publicly is a good idea. I put in the suggestion to use email, as a reminder to others who may not be clear on the easiest way to contact us.
