Corel Corp. Fincl Chief Michael O'Reilly Resigns

OTTAWA (Dow Jones)--Corel Corp. (CORL, news, msgs) said executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer Michael O'Reilly has resigned.
In a news release, the company said O'Reilly will continue to direct the company's financial operations, including the delivery of Corel's financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and 1999 year-end, until a successor is named.
Corel said O'Reilley, who has been with the company since 1997, hasn't disclosed his intentions.
Corel develops graphics and business productivity applications.
