Re U.S. reporting:

I just spoke with the company's lawyer. He informed me that as a foreign reporter they simply send a hard copy of the Canadian quarterlies every three months and a hard copy of a 20F (equivalent to a 10K) annually to the SEC. He said they have to file for the end of this month and will do so in electronic format so it will be available for investors on Edgar. They are completely up to date on all of their stateside filings.
