Mr. Smith, this thread is labeled " Charts on Near Term Uotrends." Your post to me, clearly was off topic, and incorrect.

You had three corrections that you felt important enough to broadcast. I'll be brief in my response, as you were brief (and unprepared) in your attack. First, ten years in the context of political history is not a significant time span. Secondly, according to a 1991 study, the literacy rate in Cuba was 94%*. I have no comment on your spelling corrections.
