Went to today Shareholder's meeting.

The delay was about an hour and 15 minutes. The meeting was about 10 minutes long.

ADT forgot to bring the ballots to the meeting which caused the delay.

Halperin and Susan Cox did take their names out of contention this morning.

Halpering spoke briefly. He mentioned the company has been troubled for the last 9 months and the 14 years preceding it. He said that it was his opinion that the only way the company would survive would be to merger with another company.

Then Dr. F spoke. He mentioned that he was aware of the company's past problems but would not know what they all are until the group actually gets in place and goes to work.

He said they would identify the problems quickly and try to rectify them quickly.

Mike M. came over to me to introduce himself. He was candid about Avery and Sony. He did not expect much to come out of the relationship. I do not know what or if the 13d group can do to make it a productive relationship.

Then the partial vote was announced. People were angry that the final tally was not available but Mr. Halperin conceded that the 13d group definitely had the majority.

Final tally should be known tonight or tomorrow.

No one asked any questions as Dr. F made it clear that it was to early for the 13d group to be able to answer them.

Bram and others are correct. The 13d group needs some time. I am hoping they have something planned and will let us know in the next several weeks.

If they do, then now is a time to accumulate.
