REB, That is not true at all. Your statement is reckless and incorrect. Copyrighted material is an asset owned by, the maker of the copyrighted material. This stuff is the product that Bloomberg, Dow Jones and others make their money from. It is their product. There is no law that says you can steel a companies products for any reason. How is that any different then someone steeling software from Microsoft for educational reasons and saying I stole this but it does belong to Microsoft. When you re-post copyrighted material you are stealing just as when you copy software. (Which by the way is protected by the same copyright) As far as being a pro or not. Do you think copyright law only protects DJ and others from professionals. Wrong, these laws protect them from anyone that steals from them. If this is a forum to share ideas, share your own, not ones you steal from others.
