Thanks for your reassurance. I own enough of the stock (and think enough of the company) to be in it for the long pull. (Though a good showing on 4/24 would make it a most happy day.)

I agree with you that the unfortunate combination of lawsuit-Barrons article-SEC activity has spooked a lot of people.I read the pleadings in the case and have followed the SEC business with the eyes of a retired attorney, and the substantive stuff doesn't concern me. In addition, I think the unqualified affirmation of the company's numbers by a Big Eight accounting firm is pretty pursuasive. Granted, there are instances where Big Eight accounting firms have either been culpable or stupid in letting companies screw investors with phony reports. But, you'd have to really be stupid to do a careless audit when there's a lawsuit pending questioning the company's numbers. Also, I can't believe either Intel or Techtronics would allow their investments to be jeopordized by not looking over management's shoulders to make sure the books aren't cooked.
