ROST Looking at the weekly profile indicates ROST
did very well when we first jumped on it several years ago.

A then the split and the big dump. WOW! It sure rolled down
after that. It is still cheap!

NASDAQ: (ROST : $17 13/16) $1,697 million Market Cap at
December 15, 1999 Ranks 547th in the Fortune 1,000 on
Revenue & 527th on Profit. Employs 20,100. Trades at a 52%
Discount PE Multiple of 10.5 X, vs. the 21.7 X average
multiple at which the Discount & Variety Stores SubIndustry
is priced.

There was some interesting block trades today in ROST
despite a -1 1/8 (5.9%) drop. There was actually more inflow
of new dollars than out. Could be the rock bottom and shake
out needed for weak hands.
