Well, CPQ now has twice as many CMGI shares as a 2:1 split was announced by CMGI management today. Also, this sector of the market is growing quite fast and should double again in two to four years. CPQ shareholders should be rewarded by an extra dividend since these CMGI shares represent the fruits of our DEC purchase.

I am sure shareholders could elect to have their CMGI shares converted to cash if the actual share amount was too small.
