Rick, do you think this setback for ISIP has major scientific implications for antisense generally? I'm very long GNTA, own a little HYBN, and have been eyeing AVII. The approach of RZYM (which I've also been eyeing) is similar to, but different from, antisense and sounds superior (instead of blocking the offending mRNA, RZYM's ribozymes zap it, cleaving the mRNA molecule in two, as I understand the technology from a recent Informed Investors presentation). Do you think the problem lies with ISIP or with antisense generally? There have certainly been lots of failures in antisense therapy. But that is often true of new platform technologies that eventually become huge successes.
