Tom Thanks for posting the conv. debentures to Select Capital Advisors. This say's it all. Colossal was taken to the cleaners on this deal. Now nobody can tell me that Dil Gujral is a businessman. The terms are what you get from a Loan Shark. No wonder this news release is so hard to find. In effect the number of shares should double. The price is reflecting it plus they must be dumping the shares as soon as they get them. Francis
