Lynn and thread,

I still lurk over here quite often, the people here are great. There is one way to possibly get AV shares at their IPO.
If you own a minimum of 100 shares of CMGI, CMGI will send you a register form asking if you would like to participate in their upcoming IPO (holds true for all of CMGI's IPO's).
If you choose to participate, then you open an account with WIT Capital (2000 dollars). If the IPO is under subscribed, you automatically get 100 shares at the IPO price. If the IPO is over subscribed, then a random number generator is used in a lottery to determine who get's the shares. It is not in any way based on account balances.
I plan to register myself and my wife, if I had kids, I would register them too!
AV will be WAY over subscribed!

Hope all of you participate.
