Are these figures correct:

21 million outsanding

3.5 million float

Chair and Vice own approx 12.6 mill ?

Is fidelity's ownership out of the float (3.5 - 1.1 = 2.4 effective float..assuming fidelity holds)?

Do you know what price levels each of these entities purchased? (are they underwater?)

fidelity?
softbank?
chair and vice?

What is the single biggest change that makes ESHR a compelling story now @ 10ish...vs 6-12 months ago?
