Unfortunately if Goldman represents KANA or any other MESG competitors there is zero chance that they will become a banker for MESG, imo (based on being in the investment biz). Isn't Stein selling a ton of stock along with BancOne? Watching level II today, it was apparent that there was a HUGE seller out there. This wasn't joe-6-pack panicking.
