Look at the statement of the filing he was referring to, MHS. It was a forward-looking warning that net sales could grow at a slower pace in the future. Filings from every company, including MSFT, include forward-looking warnings.

There is a difference between warnings of possible factors that could affect future business (such as VLNC's comments about the improved products of competitors), and simple statements of fact (We have not produced batteries in commercial volumes...Further development is necessary before we can consistently produce batteries with these characteristics, our manufacturing costs must be reduced...).

I'd suggest you learn the difference between boilerplate warnings and simple statements of material facts. I thought you guys learned not to discount the statements of fact in the filings a year ago, when this thread was claiming production was imminent while the filings said they had yet to even send commercial samples out.
