Daven, I believe that more capacity will come on line for zips. As far as the tie ratio, they have sold 10 disks per zip drive so far. Jaz tie ratio according to McConathy is 4 to 1 and growing.

Subj: H&Q to increase estimates

From: JFeyche

I received a call this afternoon from a friend who is a client at H&Q. He
relayed to me that his H&Q broker called him this morning and told him H&Q's
estimates will be revised upward as follows: ( Before I go any further let
me say that my friend had told me in mid-May that his broker told him that
the recent secondary offering would most likely take place the week of June
3rd so this gives me more confidence to post his comments )

Q2 '96 revenues from 247 million up to 280 million
Q2 '96 EPS from .09 up to .10
FY '96 revenues from 1.1 billion up to 1.3 billion
FY '96 EPS from 0.41 up to 0.50
Fy '97 revenues from 1.6 billion up to 2.1 billion
FY '97 EPS from 0.63 up to 0.85

He also said that H&Q broker told him that these were not best case estimates
and to look for more important announcements within the next few weeks.

Hope this may be helpful to some and is accurate for all.<<
