Richard: I still have my shares but have written them off. Snelling really screwed a lot of his old friends out of a lot of money. I got in on a recommendation of what I thought was an informed investor - but he turned out to be nothing more than a bullshit artist. However I looked at the product myself and thought that it had possibilities. The value now is in the NOL carried forward. John
