I like to do it myself. Right now I'm doing my basement (My third one), I'm done with the wood, running cu pipe, almost done bending conduit and pulling wire, should be starting to hang sheet rock in January, tape and sand, lay tile, install the floor, paint, presto, I'll have my own pool hall and ping pong palace. I have this beautiful pool table picked out and pro ping pong table, I can't wait. Building my own house four years ago was by far my greatest achievement in a doing it yourself kind of way. There was a time I used to get pissed off that I couldn't fix my car, because I didn't have to tool to do it. I'm getting old now, I don't even change my oil anymore, and the darn cars now of days never need a tune up, you almost can junk them before they do. I look at my feeler gage in my tool box and think back to days gone by, the poor thing is sitting in there rusting looking lonely. <g> I can do just about anything but write a correct sentence, the Man's way humbling me. I was telling my wife that I bet I could do heart surgery. Just kidding. LOL
