No company likes to admit money problems, so if other reasons can be used that are partially true it is tempting to use them (ie waiting for financing, including additional time periods, etc.). I welcome Kevin's PR addressing the filing issue, even if we already had concluded much the same. The PR shows respect for those whom have been told the filing would be done by now.

Kevin has taken a lot of flak on the Russia issue, but it appears that he at least has been sincere in his belief of its validity. If HDI does get paid for work already performed I think that he would be exhonerated to some extent. He simply may not have gotten the contract in the first place if an iron clad L/C was insisted upon. He may have done about all he could have given the circumstances. He may have been screwed over by people that seemed very trustworthy. It may have been a situation of 'Russia's way or no deal', so he took the risk. So far has lost and suffered as a result.

It is a judgement call as to whether the risk HDI took to land the largest holography contract of all time was worth it and we simply don't know all of the facts that HDI knew. They may have been foolish as the risks seem obvious and large but I continue to reserve full judgement on the Russia issue and probably always will.
