Can anyone verify the date and time of the special shareholders meeting to approve the stock split and the increase in shares. I know it was originally announced "on or around December 20" but I can't find any verification on the company web site for the actual date and time. Been having a lot of fun following the stock and the thread - not to mention making lots of dough. Back to lurking. Co
