TLM, investing in ESHR today is much better than investing in a new venture on an adjusted risk/benefit ratio. Here we have a company with a proven track record in its web based customer care solutions selling at huge discount compared to its peers. I'm of the strong opinion that ESHR will be viewed by WS the same way they're looking at KANA. The 64 thousand dollar question is when? But heck I'm patient. Time is on my side.
