This recently posted by GG on the GTF message boards. Anyone care to speculate or comment? The sentence that most intrigued me was: "The size will soon become an asset as computer capabilities are incorporated". I don't know whether or not I am reading to deeply into that sentence. I wonder if GG has seen or been informed of any such plans or developments.

As far as I know, all the phones will automatically identify the available local service and tap into it, first CDMA then analog, before searching for a satellite link. The handsets are software programmable. The size will soon become an asset as computer capabilities are incorporated.
